It is more often love & kindness not harsh words & brute force that moves mountains and changes lives. Hard and ridiculous as it may seem, try and love some of the little things in people you thought you didn’t like, or things that irritate you on your walk to work or that annoy you at home. If that's just a step too far just try to look up and smile, if you pretend you feel better, it's part of the way to actually feeling better & you never know who’s watching.
